The Collins Kids, a rockabilly duo featuring siblings Lorrie and Larry Collins, were known for their dynamic performances on the Town Hall Party, a popular 1950s California-based television program. The show featured country and rockabilly acts, and the Collins Kids quickly became favorites due to their high-energy style and Larry's impressive guitar skills, despite being so young at the time.

Their version of Stagger Lee, performed on Town Hall Party in 1959, reimagined the traditional ballad with an upbeat, rockabilly twist. Lorrie's powerful vocals paired with Larry’s electric guitar riffing added a lively, youthful edge to the well-known tale. The Collins Kids brought a spirited energy to Stagger Lee that highlighted their unique ability to fuse rock and country influences, which helped shape their signature sound and made their performances on Town Hall Party especially memorable.

Their version was released on the album "At Town Hall Party, Vol. 3" in 2004.
