The Leo Price Orchestra was a musical ensemble led by Leo Price, a notable figure in the soul and rhythm-and-blues scenes of the 1960s. While not widely documented, Leo Price is recognized for his contributions as a bandleader and arranger, particularly in the southern soul genre.

In 1967, the Leo Price Orchestra released an instrumental rendition of "Stag-O-Lee." This version was issued as a 7-inch vinyl single under the GMC label with "Hard Times" featured as the B-side.
